By accessing or using the Surplus Line Association of Idaho (“SLA Idaho”) website, filing portal, support portal, help desk, chat functionality, and related online services (collectively, the “Online Services”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not use the Online Services.
2. Use of Online Services
SLA Idaho provides Online Services and related resources in support of surplus lines filing, reporting, compliance, support, and related regulatory functions. Users may access and use the Online Services only for authorized business and regulatory purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through the Online Services is accurate, current, and submitted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. User Accounts and Security
Certain portions of the Online Services may require user credentials and account access. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity occurring under their accounts. Users must promptly notify SLA Idaho of any known or suspected unauthorized access, misuse, or security issue involving the Online Services or user accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Online Services, systems, or data
- Interfere with or disrupt operation of the Online Services
- Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content
- Use the Online Services for unlawful purposes
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or misuse portal materials, data, or content except as authorized SLA Idaho reserves the right to suspend or erminate access to the Online Services for misuse, security concerns, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Intellectual Property
The Online Services and related content, including logos, text, graphics, software, and materials, are owned by or licensed to SLA Idaho and may not be copied,
reproduced, or distributed except as authorized by SLA Idaho or applicable law.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
The Online Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. SLA Idaho is not responsible for the availability, security, content, or practices of third-party websites or services.
7. Disclaimer
The Online Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SLA Idaho does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the
accuracy or completeness of information made available through the Online Services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SLA Idaho shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Online Services.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
SLA Idaho may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted through the Online Services with a revised effective date.
