|ANNUAL S/L PREMIUM TAX FILING & PAYMENT PROCEDURES||
No later than January 31 of each year, we will send e-mail notification that tax is due March 1 on accumulated premium reported for the previous calendar year. Tax is not based on effective date of the policy; it is assessed based on the stamping office date of acceptance of the affidavit.
Electronic filing of your Annual Premium Tax Statement is mandatory. Payment of tax due may be by electronic transfer or check accompanied by the downloadable voucher provided. Download for full detail and instructions.
